How we do it
Open concrete is cleaned with rotary surface cleaners in overlapping passes so the finish comes out even. Oil and fuel stains are pre-treated with degreaser and given time to work before rinsing. In parking structures we clean level by level, working around posted hours and keeping ramps open. Wash water is managed so it stays out of storm drains. Asphalt is rinsed and spot cleaned rather than blasted, since high pressure can loosen the top layer.
