How we do it
We walk the property with you, list each area, and set a frequency for each one: for example dumpster pads monthly, entries and walkways quarterly and the building once a year. Visits are booked ahead on a set day and confirmed with you before each one. Photo documentation is available after every visit for managers who report to owners or boards. If something changes, like a tenant move-in, an event or an inspection, extra visits can be added.
