Sidewalks, breezeways, courtyards and building entries are where everyone walks, so they show wear first. Clean concrete and pavers make a property look maintained, and removing algae and grease also makes walking surfaces less slick.
How we do it
Flat concrete is cleaned with a rotary surface cleaner that leaves an even finish without stripes, then edges, steps and corners are detailed by wand. Pavers and brick are cleaned at a pressure that keeps joint sand in place where possible, and we flag areas that need re-sanding. In covered breezeways, ceilings and light fixtures are dusted down before the floor so debris does not land on clean concrete. Gum, oil and rust spots are pre-treated before the main pass.

Frequently asked questions
Can you work at night?
Yes. Night and early morning work is common for busy walkways so the concrete is dry by the time people arrive.
Will pressure washing damage pavers?
Not at the right pressure with the right tip. Some joint sand can wash out of loose joints, and we tell you if re-sanding is recommended.
How do you handle gum?
Gum is pre-treated and removed with focused cleaning. On very old concrete a faint mark can remain.
